chose not to hide this in the "Fine Print" at the bottom, we challenge you to find a more "forgiving" policy in the Charter
Industry!!
"YEAH RIGHT CHARTERS" is again setting a standard for other charters
services to follow.
You will find our "deposit policy" the best in the industry, so
please do not abuse it or we will be forced to change it.
Bad weather or Captains call no charge, we can re-book or just call
it off, your choice.
We realize that things happen in our lives that can't be helped at
times.
All we ask is you call (910) 845-2004 and let us know ASAP and we will
work with you. I can not be any more fair than that!!!
We will turn away many callers. Sometimes as many as 20+ calls a
day for the day you have booked. You reserve that day, it's yours and no one else's.
You will be responsible for taking care of matters concerning the
day you reserved for your fishing trip!!
Your Captain and 1st Mate will be up at 4:AM the morning of
your trip getting the boat, bait, ice, rigs, & tackle ready for Your fishing trip. There's a lot of work
and expense to get this day ready before you ever get to the boat!!
Remember, this is the day you reserved to go fishing.
IF YOU DECIDE TO JUST NOT CALL OR SHOW UP, YOU WILL
BE CHARGED FULL PRICE FOR YOUR TRIP BECAUSE BY THIS TIME IT'S TOO LATE TO RE-BOOK THIS DAY WITH SOMEONE ELSE!!
Please Read This About Your Trip
Reservations highly recommended and held with a Visa/Mastercard number.
No deposit charges will be applied to card before trip run. You may pay for trip with Cash, Check, Visa, or M/C, it is
your choice!!
Your Mate on board the day of your trip will be hardest working person
on the boat making sure you have a great trip. If you are happy with the service you recieve, the market standard tip for
the mate is 15% to 20% of the Charter Rate.
If you are not happy with anything, Please let the Captain know!!!
Professional Fish Cleaning is available for .50 per pound
for your convience. Fish will be placed in labeled zip lock freezor bags and packed on ice in your cooler if you request this
service.

This trip is suggested for the beginner who wants to see
how they take to the water before heading offshore on a long day trip or the person who just wants to fish a few hours close
in instead of a full day offshore.
The most popular type fishing on this trip is to Troll for
Spanish mackeral a while then switch up and try to hook up a big shark.
It's a fun trip that leaves you refreshed and usually plenty of fillets!!!
This trip can be run from 7AM to 12noon, or IPM to 6PM, depending on
availability when you call to book!

a little farther than you can on the 1/2 day trip. Depending on time of year, you might encounter these fish on a 3/4 day
trip.
Bottom fish, Spanish Mackeral, Bonito, King Mackeral, Blues,
Sharks can include,Bull, Black Tip,Black Nose,Lemon, Hammer Head,Atlantic Sharpnose, Spiney Dog Fish. Or what ever else may
be in season at the time of your trip!!
We can troll, drift, anchor, or mix it up if you'd like!! We
leave the dock at 7AM and return at

You may very well catch or encounter on this trip, Black Bass, Grey

Cobia, Spanish Mackeral, Barracuda, Blue Fish, Scamp Grouper,Hog Nose Snappers, Sailfish, Mahi Mahi,Bonito, Gag Grouper,
Sharks. Or whatever else that may be in season at the time of your trip!!

This type fishing can be one of the
most heart pounding and exciting fishing you can do.
This fishing can be some awesome fishing
with long hard fights, acrobatic jumps, and long reel screaming runs!!!
We catch some big sharks and they fight hard. We hooked a shark this
year (2009) that has to be the biggest we have ever hooked.
In a matter of less than a minute, this beast straightened a
16/0 big game hook like it was nothing.
Come join us catching some of the strongest fighting fish that swim
close to the beach, you never have to leave sight of land and lots of times you will be in the prescence of dolphin as they
feed right along with the sharks.
And you will be fishing close to Oak Island pier where the record Tiger
Shark was caught that weighed over a Thousand Pounds.
They are great tasting on the grill, or even greater to fight and photo,
plus, we will make a video for you and put you on You tube for all to see who wins this fight!!!

type fishing takes place a long way offshore, in the Gulfstream, which is usually around 60 miles off Southport,NC.
It can be worth the time and effort though!! Here you can hook up with
some very nice fish!!
Main quarry will be Wahoo, Yellowfin Tuna, Blackfin Tuna, Mahi Mahi,
and Billfish like Sailfish and Blue and White Marlin are possible while trolling!!!

ON'S
Please limit your carry
on's to what you would like to eat and drink and combine that into one cooler if possible. Please limit your personal items
to one carry on bag. If you have a favorite rod & reel you would like to use, you are welcomed to bring that, but
please limit it to one rod & reel only. We will provide the appropiate rod & reel and tackle needed
to fish the ocean. In the winter dress for the season, it can be very cold and very wet!! The less you bring on board,
the more room you will have to fish, and the eaiser it will be for I and your mate to move around and take care of your

sponsors are exempt from any claims for loss of time or value of your vacation, travel expense,etc; due
to any cancellation or trip cut short.
We reserve the right to deny service
to, or return any person to port who we feel may disrupt or jeopardize ourselves, others, or our vessel or equipment.
All persons on board a United
States Coast Guard licensed vessel are under the federal authority of a "Merchant Marine officer", and the Captains
